ACC SRL builds boats and advanced composite parts: yacht hulls, moulds, composite interior furniture for vessels, automotive spoilers and technical parts for industry. Everything is produced in our workshop in Orăștie, Hunedoara county, Romania.
Composites combine glass or carbon fibre with polyester or epoxy resins. The result is up to 60% lighter than steel or aluminium, does not corrode in seawater and allows complex shapes. A lighter vessel accelerates faster, burns less fuel and lasts longer.
Yes. We design and build fibreglass-reinforced moulds using vacuum resin infusion, from small parts up to complete hulls. Our moulds are used both in our own production and for small and large series ordered by clients.
Yes. We offer cleaning and detailing, winterisation, composite hull repairs and oversized transport for large vessels. Work can be carried out in our workshop in Orăștie or on site.
