Parts we make ourselves, from mold to finished product
The aerodynamic spoilers we build for vans are not accessories bought from other manufacturers: we design, lay them up and finish them in our workshop in Orăștie, using our own molds, fiberglass and composite resins.
Every part is developed for a specific van model, so it mounts on the original fixing points, follows the body lines and ships ready for paint.

From design to delivery
The whole process runs in our own workshop, which lets us control the quality of every part.
In-house design & molds
We model the part and build the mold ourselves, so the shape is controlled from day one.
Composite lay-up
Fiberglass and resins from leading suppliers, with controlled impregnation for a uniform, strong part.
Aerodynamic profile
Shapes designed to reduce drag, noise and fuel consumption at motorway speeds.
Paint-ready finish
Surfaces sanded and prepared for painting in the body colour, or delivered in textured black.
