One-piece fibreglass basins for farms and pools

We build animal drinking troughs and shells for pools and hot tubs in one piece, hand laminated from fibreglass. The same technology we use for boat hulls goes into basins that have to hold water for years — without cracks, leaks or corrosion.

What we build

Seamless basins built for water and heavy use

Our troughs and basins are laminated in one piece, with reinforced walls and a thickened base, so there are no seams where water could seep in. The inner surface is finished smooth, which makes it easy to clean and keeps it hygienic in daily use.

Every basin is sized together with the client: length, depth, wall thickness and the position of the fill and drain connections. It is delivered ready to install, with a drain outlet, and on request we add reinforcements for burial or for mounting on a platform.

  • One piece, no seams: no seepage and no corrosion.
  • Fibreglass with top-grade resins: UV, frost and moisture resistant.
  • Custom sizes and connections, delivered ready to install.

Animal drinking troughs

Rectangular troughs for cattle, sheep, horse and pig farms, with reinforced walls and fast draining. They can be mounted on a platform, on steel legs or partly buried, depending on how the farm is laid out.

Made to measure

From short basins up to troughs longer than three metres, sized for the number of animals on the farm.

Fast draining

Drain connection at the lowest point, so washing and disinfecting take no effort.

Reinforced walls

Internal ribs that keep the walls straight with large water volumes and large animals.

Pools & Hot Tubs

Shells for swimming pools, hot tubs and spas, moulded on our own tooling. We start from a base shape and adapt the seats, the depth and the jet positions, then finish the surface for gelcoat or paint.

Our own moulds

Shapes are designed and built in-house, so sizes and contours can be adjusted quickly.

Seats and massage zones

Seats, backrests and jet zones are modelled directly into the mould.

Ready to install

The shell ships finished, with rigid walls and ready for waterproofing and equipment.

From mould to delivered basin

The whole process runs in our workshop in Orăștie, from building the mould to the watertightness test.

Mould and shape

We build the mould in-house, so the shape, the radii and the position of the connections are controlled from the start.

Hand lay-up

Fibreglass and resins from leading suppliers, layer by layer, for a uniform wall with no air pockets.

Reinforcements and ribs

Ribs and stiffeners in the loaded areas, so the basin keeps its shape with large water volumes.

Watertightness test

Every basin is checked before delivery, so it leaves the workshop leak-free.
